Zoeva is a European brand well known amongst beauty lovers for they’re amazing brushes and eye palettes (one day I will treat myself to the Rose Golden sets and live happily ever after!). I first started my beauty collection with a few eye brushes from Zoeva and since, fell in love. After receiving this as a lovely gift for Christmas I’ve been using it a lot! It’s a go to palette for everyday as well as for a gorgeouswarm golden evening eye look. For just £15.50 I think this palette is a bargain, don’t you? I also highly recommend this to anyone starting out with make-up and not sure which palette to choose!

You get 10 absolutely gorgeous and wearable shades, both ranging from light cream to black and matte to shimmer. I can honestly say that it’s one of my favourites in my collection as it’s one I tend to reach for among others! I kid you not when I say that Zoeva have some of the best formulated shadows that I’ve ever tried.

The Cocoa Blends palette has become a beauty lovers dream, and also those who love chocolate (most of us I’d say). As well as the shades being inspired by chocolates, nougat and truffles, they look tasty enough to eat.
As a breakdown for the eye shadows themselves, they are firm but extremelty soft and creamy, which makes them so so easy to blend. All 10 shades are packed with pigment and there’s no need to worry about creasing because they last all day long.
Now, onto the eye shadow swatches:

(Top – Bottom)

Bitter Start – a warm, pink toned matte cream shadow that, although it lacks in pigment, is perfect for the base and brow bone.

Sweeter End – a gentle, soft shimmer lilac toned mauve, which has a very gentle metallic finish.
Warm Notes – probably my favourite eye shadow in the palette, a warm rich red brown (almost cranberry) with flecks of gold. Very similar to MAC Cranberry!
Subtle Blend – a warm deep golden brown that’s metallic in finish, and is gorgeous as an outer corner colour for a golden smokey eye.
Beans Are White – 99% matte black eye shadow, just a tad light than MAC Carbon.

(Top – Bottom)

Pure Canache – bright golden toned shimmer, with almost a foiled shadow finish due to the intense pigment.

Substitute For Love – a mid-toned orange brown with a satin-matte finish, works well for the crease.
Freshly Toasted – a shade up with with Warm Notes, I absolutely love this colour. A rich red toned brown, matte finish.
Infusion – a very deep brown, almost black in finish, with a hint of gold shimmer.
Delicate Acidity – a duo chrome mauve, in some lights this reflects more lilac and in others pink. This duo chrome mauve eye shadowis a little deeper in tone compared to the above Sweeter End.
I think we can all agree that this eye shadow palette from Zoeva is insanely gorgeous and ticks all the boxes. It’s a complete win for the price, and I cannot recommend it enough. Get yours from Beauty Bay, linked here.
What’s your current favourite eye shadow palette?
