My number one favourite thing in skincare is facemasks. Not because they help my skin the most, as I need all the products combined to achieve better and glowing skin, but because they are so much fun. I have so many different facemasks for different tasks, but I was missing a mud mask and had never actually tried one before. The GlamGlow Youth Mud Face Mask* is quite new in my collection and have been putting it to the test the past few weeks, and quite frankly I think it gives incredible results.

Firstly, this type of mask is all the talk right now and I see a lot of big names loving GlamGlow, especially the quick treatments. The mask aims to rejuvenate your skin and giving you a gleaming complexion within 10 minutes, and for me it does just that. My favourite facemasks are those that are quick, just because I like to have a soak in the bath but be able to take it off before I get out, and this is the perfect ‘pamper’ mask for that. The feel of the product is super luxurious and the after results always leave my skin feeling so cleansed and fresh, you know that feeling you get when you’ve had a facial? It’s that.

The mask is also a tingling and exfoliating treatment as it’s made with French sea clay and volcanic minerals, making it a tiny bit gritty and green in colour. The grittiness in the product is one of my favourite cheap accutane 10mg things, because when you’re washing it off its like a 2-in1 as it exfoliates and cleanses at the same time. The tingling part of the treatment isn’t too intense either; it just leaves a slight fuzzy feeling on your face whilst you have it on. I don’t mind it at all at it feels like it relaxes my face and makes you know it’s working its magic.

I think the reason this works really well with my skin is because its combination/oily and helps me banish a lot of excess oil. So, if I’ve been wearing a lot of makeup I like to use this once a week to give my skin a treat.

The best and easiest way to apply this is with a foundation brush to clean dry skin, as doing it with a brush means you can control the amount you put on and you don’t get it all over your hands. Just ensure you clean the brush thoroughly between uses. When you’re ready to take it off, I usually leave it the whole ten minutes until it’s dry, just rinse away with warm water in circular motions. The warmer water helps it dissolve and break away quicker to. After just 10 minutes my skin feels purified, cleanse and super looked after – it’s dreamy!

I really am in love with this mask and is the first I’ve used from GlamGlow! Have you tried any?
